The man-power of Khuzestan power industry , work in power sector( including deputy of power transmission , deputy of power development plans , supervision and arrangement deputy of distribution companies, deputy of production and dispatching , services and logistics sector and KWPA main office and the deputy of hydro-electric powerplants construction ) , and three distribution companies , four generation management companies a powerplant repair and maintenance company . Given the significant growth in various sectors of Khuzestan power industry , in 1380(2001) - like the previous years , there was a great effort to balance the man-power in order to obtain desirable indices in man-power planning . For this purpose , the proportion of high-educated employees was 15.7 percent of all the staff by the end of 1380(2001) and this figure shows 1.6% increase compared to the previous year . By the end of 1380(2001) total number of power sector staff reached 7015.
